- Health and Safety: It is important to ensure that your scalp and hair are in good health before receiving braiding services. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional if you have any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or damage that may occur as a result of pre-existing conditions. There is no sink inside suite, please be washed and detangled prior to appointment.
- Time Commitment: Braiding services can be time-consuming, depending on the complexity and style chosen. Please allocate sufficient time for your appointment and be prepared for the possibility of it taking longer than initially estimated.
- Maintenance and Aftercare: Proper maintenance and aftercare are essential for keeping your braids looking their best and ensuring the health of your natural hair. Avoid Water. We will provide you with aftercare instructions, and it is vital to follow them to avoid any potential issues such as breakage or scalp irritation.
- Results: While we strive to achieve the desired look for each client, individual results may vary based on hair type, length, and texture. We encourage open communication with your stylist to ensure that your expectations are managed and met as closely as possible.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Our cancellation and rescheduling policy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in deposit forfeiture. We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
- Payment and Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. No refunds. Full payment is expected (Up Front) at the time of service (Zelle or Cash Only). We accept various forms of payment, and any specific payment policies will be communicated to you during the booking process.
